POC Rentals will market your short term vacation rental to an existing customer base as well as new markets / channels such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Expedia. We have a dedicated cleaning staff to clean, including laundry, and restock your property effectively and efficiently to maximize rental income. We also assist with any repairs to keep your property up to par and maintain income.
POC Rentals earns 20% of the Base Rate. This does not include cleaning fees and hotel tax.
POC Rentals uses a PMS, property management software, called Hostaway. You can access Hostaway through a web browser or a phone app to view the calendar for your properties. You are also able to manage your own stays through the app. Owners have direct access to block / reserve personal stays.
